The first phase of the Box Health migration starts today. The first step is to verify ownership of folders stored on Box Health. Find a list of the Box Health folders that you own: |

NOTE: To view this list, you must be compliant with the Acceptable Use Agreement as well as the FERPA tutorial. If it is correct, no action is needed on your part. NOTE: If the page is blank, you have not been identified as owning any Box Health folders. If you need to transfer ownership, please contact the UITS Support Center. Please complete the ownership transfer by November 20. Here’s an overview of the rest of the process: November 20 - The new HIPAA training module becomes available and the Box Health survey opens. In the survey, you will indicate where you want your files to be moved. You will choose a destination for each top-level folder in Box in the Microsoft environment, indicate that you no longer need the files, or that you will manually migrate them. To complete the survey, you must complete the new HIPAA training module. January 8 - Box Health survey is due January 11 – Box Health migrations begin We are here to help A recording of our November 5 infoshare about the Box Health migration timeline, training, and support is posted. To coach you through the Box Health migration, we will be hosting Box Migration Coffee Hour at 3pm on Tuesdays and 10am on Fridays.
