Greetings Pages account owners,
User files for the Pages web environment will be migrated to a new storage system on Tuesday, October 6. Beginning at 5AM, users will be unable to login or publish to Pages accounts until the final migration tasks are completed. Access will be restored by 8AM.
Access to published websites will not be interrupted during the migration process. You will access and manage your files the same as before the migration.
No action is required; however, if you have forms that save data to your user directory we suggest that you disable them during the migration window. Forms that save data to external databases, such as MySQL, will not be affected.
After the migration, Pages snapshots can be accessed in a new location. See https://kb.iu.edu/d/ayxa for more information. As always, it is best practice to backup files to an external location.
Disk storage quota usage information is available on the WebTech website. For more information about quotas, see https://kb.iu.edu/d/adbt.
We encourage you to test your sites thoroughly after the migration and report any problems that you encounter.
If you have further questions, please contact your local campus Support Center.
