The IU Print team would like to provide everyone with multiple ways to keep up with current ongoing projects and provide a place for discussion around printing at IU. We encourage you to please subscribe to our listserv and our new Microsoft Teams space.
- To subscribe to our listserv please subscribe to iuprint-l via one of the options in the KB for About IU List [1].
- To join our Microsoft Teams channel please access Microsoft Teams and search for the public channel named “O365-IU-Print-Public” or click the link provided at the end of this communication [2], below you will find a short description of the channels and what you can expect to find in the channels.
- IU Print Public is open to anyone who uses IU Print or is interested in hearing updates about the service.
- Channel List:
- General | Public Channel: The channel will be an open forum discussion; however, this is not a substitution for submitting tickets.
- *Note: Troubleshooting tickets should be sent to lsteam@iu.edu. Information about services, Onboarding, Orderingrequest should be sent to iumpson@iu.edu.
- Announcement | Public Moderated Channel: The channel can be used alongside our email listserv to inform clients and IT Pros of upcoming changes to the IU Print environment.
