Dear IT professional colleagues,
Please navigate to the following link to find two spreadsheets containing a comprehensive list of classrooms for both the Bloomington and IUPUI campuses, as well as the list of auxiliary classrooms that will be employed [IU Login Required]: https://iu.box.com/s/pe58csawio8htu2aljumpxslixjxh05n
Please assess rooms in buildings you support (or proximate to rooms that you support) as to whether or not these rooms are “Zoom ready” (i.e. network connection, workstation sufficient to run Zoom, projection display (flat panel or projector), webcam, and USB document camera). If you made an initial request to Learning Spaces for web cams, microphones, or usb document cameras, the quantities may need readjusted based on your actual need after receiving finalized scheduled classroom list. Please contact Joe Hacker hackerj@iu.edu (IUB) or Mike Spaulding mispauld@iu.edu (IUPUI).
While we plan on publishing these lists through a dashboard in the near-term, we wanted to move these lists to IT pros early so they have as comprehensive a list as possible of instructional spaces in buildings and rooms you may support or may be proximate to instructional spaces you support.
Additionally, please find in the same location, there will be a document summarizing key “tips and tricks” to supporting instructional spaces utilizing a variety of teaching modalities (coming soon). In the meantime, please review the video highlighting strategies on the front page of https://keepteaching.iu.edu.
Please address your questions to cts@iu.edu.
