IT Professionals,
The eLearning Services team (eLS) would like to inform you of a few upcoming local and vendor maintenance windows.
First, on Thursday, June 4 from 5:00am-5:30am, eLS will be updating Indiana University’s implementation of the Pearson Direct Integration. During this window, the Direct Integration may be briefly unavailable. Note: courses using the standard or custom integration will not be affected.
Additionally, beginning on Thursday, June 4 at 6:00am, users will no longer use the same form to apply for administrative access in Canvas or Expand. Users who need administrative access in Canvas must complete the Canvas Administrator User Agreement [1]. Users who need administrative access in Expand must complete the Expand Administrator User Agreement [2].
Finally, on June 10, Instructure, the Canvas [3] vendor, will be running a brief maintenance on MasteryPaths [4], a feature within Canvas, next Wednesday, June 10 from 12:30am-12:45am. Instructors will not be able to edit MasteryPath requirements and students will not be able to unlock new paths.
As always, we will continue to provide timely communication/additional information to this list concerning future updates.
