IT Professionals:
All sites still on Webserve, regardless of content, will be disabled on March 20, 2020. Account owners with websites that still need to be moved to IU Sitehosting should begin migrating immediately.
Next steps
If you still have accounts on Webserve, then please migrate them to IU Sitehosting before March 20, 2020.
View the Webserve accounts that you own: https://tableau.bi.iu.edu/t/prd/views/VirtualHostLookup/Usernamelookup?:embed=y#1 (authenticate with IU Login).
You will also see a link to the IU Sitehosting account request form for each of your Webserve accounts that do not already have an IU Sitehosting account. If you are not the owner of any Webserve accounts that still need to be migrated, the report will be blank.
If you need to retain any files on Webserve, make sure you have a copy before your migration is finalized and login access to your account is removed — or before April 15 if you have not migrated your account by then.
Important dates
March 20, 2020 – All websites on Webserve will be disabled
April 15, 2020 – Login access to all Webserve accounts will be removed
