IT Professionals:
Historically, users were able to utilize old and expired IU ID cards to access IU Print [1] supported devices. Due to an upcoming change in card policy, this will no longer be an option.
This change will go into effect, tentatively March 16, and will require an unexpired Crimson card associated to your account in order to login to a device to release prints, copy, or scan. We will send another mailing in early March with a firm date and time for the implementation of this change.
If you have an old or expired IU ID card, please see your Crimson Card office before the scheduled date to have it updated to avoid interruption of service. You can use this link to find your nearest Crimson Card office: https://crimsoncard.iu.edu/about/office-locations.html
If you have questions about this, please contact lsteam@iu.edu.
