We want you to be aware of two recent scheduling changes in the Fall 2019 EdCert calendar.
- (ISC)2 CISSP will be held Oct 14–18. (Formerly scheduled for Nov 18-22.)
- CompTIA PenTest+ will be held Dec 2-6. (formerly scheduled for Sep 16-20.)
The good news is that seats are available in each of the four remaining courses for the fall semester! Check your availability against the updated schedule.

Oct 14-18 CISSP [Certified Information Systems Security Professional] (ISC)2 $450
This course provides a comprehensive review of the eight domains (Security and Risk Management, Asset Security, Security Engineering, Communications and Network Security, Identity and Access Management, Security Assessment and Testing, Security Operations, Software Development Security) of the CISSP Common Body of Knowledge (CBK) for information systems security professionals. You will gain in-depth understanding of all aspects to identify risks, manage vulnerabilities, define procedures and policies, and respond to potential security threats.
Oct 21-25 CySA+ [Cybersecurity Analyst+] (Exam CS0-001) CompTIA $500
This course covers the duties of cybersecurity analysts who are responsible for monitoring and detecting security incidents in information systems and networks, and for executing a proper response to such incidents. The course introduces tools and tactics to manage cybersecurity risks, identify various types of common threats, evaluate the organization’s security, collect and analyze cybersecurity intelligence, and handle incidents as they occur. Ultimately, the course promotes a comprehensive approach to security aimed toward those on the front lines of defense.
These courses meet Monday through Friday, 9am to 4pm.
Due to building renovations during the fall semester, participation in these courses is available as ONLINE ATTENDANCE ONLY, remotely from your own workstation.
