Lynn Good, chairman, president and CEO of Duke Energy, will speak at The Economic Club of Indiana’s luncheon on Wednesday, Jan. 17. The luncheon will take place from noon to 1:30 p.m. at the Indiana Convention Center, 100 S. Capitol Ave.
Good is focusing on embracing new technology and forward-thinking strategies to strengthen the company’s environmental stewardship. Since beginning these strategies, Duke Energy has become a top-10 U.S. wind power producer. During Good’s time at Duke, she has led the company’s community energy business during its initial development of renewable energy products and has been listed as one of the world’s most powerful women by Forbes.
Tickets for members of The Economic Club of Indiana cost $30; tickets for nonmembers cost $35. They can be purchased online.
