IU ICO attendees include Bill Brizzard, Jennifer Finefield, John Montgomery, Katherine Moynihan and David Wilhite. Wilhite will sit on a panel titled “Change is the Only Constant” to discuss the university’s decision to move technology commercialization to the Office of the Vice President for Research. Other sessions will cover budgets, branding efforts, startup support and more.
“The small-group setting at the BTAA encourages an open discussion of ideas,” Wilhite said. “It allows the IU ICO managers to form relationships with colleagues at other Big Ten institutions, which leads to an increased willingness to share experiences and best practices.”
