Spin Up, an entrepreneurship program managed by Indiana University Research and Technology Corp., now offers more connections between business service providers and IU faculty-entrepreneurs who have launched their own company.
Jerry Hunter, Spin Up associate, said the in-state business providers offer services in legal, accounting, human resources, banking, tax preparation and insurance.
“Indiana University researchers are among the foremost experts in their fields, but they might not have the background to manage startup-related activities,” he said. “Spin Up can make those connections with the business service providers so researchers can spend more time honing their innovations for the market.”
More information about the new business services offered through the Spin Up program is available here.
