Rush Alpha Chi Sigma!
The Epsilon Chapter of the professional, progressive, coed, and chemistry based fraternity Alpha Chi Sigma is holding their Spring rush from January 22nd to January 30th on weekdays. We’re a group of students from all backgrounds who come together because of our mutual love of chemistry. But science isn’t the only thing that binds us together. Our brothers work and study in many fields, including non-STEM areas, and have all kinds of different interests, but we function as a close, supportive, and fun family. We even have several alumni that are Nobel prize winners! Being a brother in Alpha Chi Sigma means always finding someone to sit with in class, going on adventures around Bloomington and far away, dedicating time to community outreach, and making a huge campus seem a little bit smaller.
You only need to attend two rush events and an info session to be able to attend the interviews, being held on Friday, January 31st.
For more details about the date and time of rush events, please email epsilonaxe@gmail.com!

“Stuffed” Screening
“Stuffed” is a documentary feature film about the surprising and unique world of taxidermy.
Through the eyes and hands of passionate renowned artists across the world, the film allows the audience to dip into & explore this diverse subculture, where sculptors must also be scientists. It is a genre of art, formed by a collection of people who have a fanaticism for nature, matched only by their desire to protect it. They love animals and see life where others only see death. In an unexpected twist, “Stuffed” reveals the importance of preserving nature, using taxidermy as its unlikely vehicle, and the taxidermist as its wild driver.
Screenings of the documentary will be available throughout the day and evening of February 24th at the IU Cinema with no costs!
