Research Associate Position in Meiotic Regulation
A full-time Research Associate position is available in the Lacefield Lab in the Dept of Biology, Indiana University, Bloomington (https://biology.indiana.edu/about/faculty/lacefield-soni.html). The successful applicant will work on NIH or NSF-funded projects monitoring meiotic regulation.
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Biology or a related field, though applicants with a Masters or PhD degree will be considered, and previous research experience. The applicant must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Some minor lab operation duties are also expected. The successful applicant will join a friendly and motivated team with interests in meiosis, cell cycle, genetics, cell biology, and microscopy and enjoy a collaborative community within and outside of the Dept of Biology.
