The application for IN LSAMP Summer 2021 Research Program at IUB is open now until January 31, 2021. LSAMP is a paid 8 week (June & July) research experience where students are paired with a faculty mentor. In addition to research, participants also attend workshops and presentations that prepare you to apply to graduate school. The Louis Stokes Alliances for Minority Participation (LSAMP) is a National Science Foundation funded program with the goal of increasing the graduation rate of racial and ethnic groups historically underrepresented in STEM disciplines (African Americans, Hispanic Americans, American Indians, Alaska Natives, Native Hawaiians, and Native Pacific Islanders) and encouraging students to pursue graduate studies or careers in STEM.
