“Self-Compassion & Resilience”- April 23 at 4:00pm
Research suggests the skill “self-compassion” decreases emotional suffering and helps people to thrive. Holly Weber, M.A. will teach participants about the elements of self-compassion, the benefits of self-compassion, and practice experiencing self-compassion.
