Travel to Jamaica to learn about cultural ecology, sustainable agriculture, eco-heritage tourism, park management, and permaculture design. During the program, we will visit small-scale farms, hike historic trails, explore a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and enjoy traditional Jamaican food and hospitality.

Explore Greece culture from antiquity to the present through food! In the process, we will also learn about ourselves and the food cultures from which we come. The program includes trip to Santorini and the Peloponnese, as well as visits farmers’ markets, wineries, museums, olive oil producers, and food cooperatives.
