In 2022, IFLA is bringing the World Library and Information Congress (WLIC) as a physical experience to Dublin, Ireland. Our community is excited about reconnecting in person and being able to be part of the deep networking that happens when you are face to face. We understand that you too are looking for the personal connections that occur with a physical exhibition.
We invite you to take advantage of this opportunity to meet again and be reunited with the global library community as part of the IFLA WLIC 2022 exhibition. From 26-29 July 2022, you’ll have the chance to speak with clients and establish new leads for your products and services.
Our registrations to the congress will open in mid-January and information on updates will be posted on IFLA Website, in the IFLA Newsletter and IFLA social media. However, we’re coming to you first. Our sponsorship and exhibition offer for industry partners is now available and we are excited to share the Sponsorship Prospectus with you so you can start planning.
Our Professional Conference Organiser and Platform Partner, K.I.T. Group will be happy to work with you to ensure you get the most from your presence in Dublin. This is an ideal way to present your product and services.
In the Exhibition and Sponsorship Prospectus, you will find a comprehensive overview of the event and all possibilities and costs of participation as industry partner. Please click on the following link: Exhibition and Sponsorship Prospectus
The early price for raw exhibition space is 420 € net/sqm. The minimum size for exhibition space is 9 sqm. From March 1st, 2022, the standard price of 445€ net/sqm applies.
