Interested in hearing from employers about student internship opportunities? Looking for ways to support access to internships, skills development, and networks for students? Attend this one-hour Zoom session with representatives from Beacon Health Systems and enFocus
The “Virtual Faculty Trek,” scheduled for Tuesday, October 14, 2024, from 4:00 to 5:00 pm, provides an opportunity for faculty to engage with community partners and learn about internship and career opportunities with some of IU South Bend’s partner organizations. Each organization will provide a short overview of their purpose/operations and then provide information about their internship and/or career opportunities.
Faculty will be compensated $50 for attending the full session. Pay is contingent upon the SIP grant being renewed for the next grant year.*
Virtual Faculty Trek 4:00 to 4:05– Welcome and Introductions 4:05 to 4:30– Hear from Beacon Health System about internship and career opportunities for students of all majors 4:30 to 4:55 – Hear from enFocus about their Student Immersion Experience and the enFocus Internship Program 4:55 to 5:00 – Quick Wrap up
*Priority will be given to full-time faculty members.
