Regional Campus Professional Development SeriesFebruary 2023 – May 2023In partnership with Regional Human Resources, the IU Human Resources Talent & Organizational Development team is offering a hybrid professional development series with four LinkedIn learning courses and Learning Forums. We encourage all staff and faculty to participate in the series to develop competencies and increase engagement efforts. Our goal is to foster IUHR’s mission of establishing IU as a great place to work, learn and grow.The LinkedIn learning courses vary in duration. These learning courses were selected based on Regional HR guidance, MyVoice survey results and past assessment data from faculty and staff interest surveys. These offerings align with our university and campus priority to show we value our employees.The delivery format is hybrid. Participants will have pre-work which is taking the LinkedIn learning course when it’s most convenient for them and have it completed by the date of the Learning Forum session. Participants attend an hour and half Learning Forum. The Learning Forum is hosted live at one campus where local participants will join in-person while the other campuses join virtually.Schedule

Learning Course Topics
The LinkedIn learning Courses should be taken within the three-week interval period and will be assigned to participants in their LinkedIn Learning account. Each LinkedIn learning course is followed by a subsequent 1.5-hour Learning Forum, facilitated by Senior OD consultant Denise Haws, to reinforce the learning process, and discuss the application to your role and campus.
Note: We will assign you all of the LinkedIn courses, although, you may watch & attend only those topic(s)/sessions you are interested in.
