In this week’s “What Will You Keep this Fall?” video, we are talking with Dr. Dawn Kutza from the Kelley School of Business about how she adds structure to her class’s long-term project. She provides her students with detailed structure to clarify the multiple steps, examples of successful outcomes, and estimates about how long each step will take so that students can better manage their time and projects. Dawn has found that this structure not only helps students succeed, but it has cut down on student questions along the way–an important benefit in a class of 200-300 students.
If you have something to share—or know of a colleague who does—let me know, and we will set up an interview. To see all our “What Will You Keep”? videos, look for the WWYK tag in our blog.
