Hoosier Health Advocates is hosting two service trips this summer. These service trips will be at weekend-long free clinics hosted by Remote Area Medical (RAM).
Remote Area Medical (RAM) is a non-profit organization dedicated to hosting weekend-long pop-up clinics, operating from 6 am to 6 pm on Saturdays and Sundays, providing free dental, medical, and optometry services. Volunteers take on various duties to ensure the clinics run smoothly. Some examples of volunteer responsibilities include patient registration, working in dental sterilization, crafting glasses in the vision lab, providing interpretation services, scribing, and managing patient flow throughout the clinic.
