Want to hear what the elements of the periodic table SOUND like???
You are cordially invited to “Chromatic Chemistry: The Periodic Table in Light and Sound,” a concert occuring this Sunday (April 24th) at 8 pm in Auer Hall. Undergrad chemistry and music double major Walker Smith, expanding on his premiere of “The Sound of Molecules” last semester, will be appearing as the colorful character Roy G. Biv to deliver an immersive audiovisual tour of the periodic table of the elements. Featuring molecular melodies, chemical chords, and galvanized grooves, this is a live event you will absolutely not want to miss! But alas, if you are unable to attend in-person, it will be livestreamed at the following link: https://iumusiclive.music.indiana.edu/. (but seriously, it will be quite incredible live!)
