Dan Johnson Ph.D. (IUPUI Geography) and Jeremy Webber (CEES) recently presented “Potential Applications of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles and Avenues for Research and Collaboration” at the February Indiana Silver Jackets meeting. The presentation gave a general overview of remote sensing research talking place at IUPUI and how UAVs can be utilized to enhance these efforts.

Recently, CEES staff and interns braved the cold Indiana weather to take a tour of the Lilly ARBOR site (Answers for Restoring the Bank of the River), led by Jeremy Webber III.
For the past two weeks, fellow intern Keri and I have been creating an online viewable version of the classroom-based CEES Presentation through the use of iMovie. After many hours of learning to work iMovie (neither of us are MAC people) we created a work of informational art!
