BEST
- Use emails to complement
- Use emails to confirm actions
- Use emails to summarize a meeting or conversation
- In general, the best emails are one’s that confirm actions and do not require a reply
WORST
- DO NOT USE EMAILS TO CRICITZE
- Do not use emails to negotiate (verbal works much better)
- Hard (but not impossible) to use emails to market your product
- Do not put anything in an email which would be embarrassing if forwarded
