Emily Snyder is junior studying Arts Management in the School of Public and Environmental Affairs. Emily works for the Children’s Place over at College Mall as a sales associate. She feels that while she is gaining many valuable skills, time management and multi-tasking.
“At The Children’s Place, we handle customer service all while doing daily shipment, restocking/organizing the floor, doing reports so corporate can check our numbers, etc. It’s all about time management and multi-tasking to ensure everything gets done on a day to day basis,” Emily said.
Consequently, Emily would love to manage musicians in the pop and country music industries! So those time management and multi-tasking skills will be especially helpful in staying on top of everything that is going on on-stage, back stage, behind the scenes, in the office, and anything else that comes with management.
After graduation she is hoping to move to Nashville, TN, or New York and manage a tour!
