I used Coda for ever and didn’t want to switch because I loved managing all my sites through Coda. With Coda I would just edit files directly on the server, and have development servers that matched production. But a more common practice is to develop locally and push to github. PHPstorm is awesome at this.
PHPstorm was meant for PHP if you couldn’t guess. It has Laravel support.
I can connect to my databases. Code folding and syntax highlighting are perfect. Double tap shift to find any file. Commit changes easily and often. Add PHPdocs easily. Be confident in your code.
