Effective July 1, a pair of new deans will assume technology and business roles at two of IU’s regional campuses.
At Indiana University Purdue University Fort Wayne, Manoochehr Zoghi will lead the institution’s College of Engineering, Technology and Computer Science.
Zoghi currently serves as founding chair of the Department of Construction Management at Fresno State. He has also served in various administrative roles at the University of Dayton and Idaho State University. For more information about Zoghi, read here.
At Indiana University East in Richmond, Robert Mulligan will lead the institution’s School of Business and Economics, succeeding current dean David Frantz.
Mulligan currently serves as acting associate graduate dean for the School of Graduate Studies & Research at Western Carolina University. He has also served in administrative roles at Roger Williams University and is a former U.S. Air Force officer. For more information about Mulligan, read here.
